Mr. Tatsuya Kanemitsu is a specialist in export and import compliance matters, assisting clients to create and maintain import/export processes to ensure compliance with Customs and other regulatory authorities. He is very familiar with Japan’s export control requirements and procedures, including Japan’s ECCN classification, Licensing systems, and Catch-all control. He maintains working relationships with various Japanese authorities, including the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (“METI”) and Japan Customs. He is familiar with the regulatory environment in Japan and is constantly updated on changes to the rules and regulations affecting import/export.
