Internal Review & Audit

Noting that countries are strictly enforcing export control laws and are imposing harsh penalties in non-compliance cases, Bryan Cave International Consulting works with clients to conduct internal audit to determine possible exposure. We will work with clients to review past activities and transactions relating to products subject to domestic export controls and identify and determine the risk exposure. We also provide guidance and recommendations on corrective steps and risk management solutions, including making voluntary disclosures to the domestic export control authorities, and support clients in engaging the authorities in this regard.
