Bryan Cave International Trade assists clients in obtaining timely intelligence on the status and direction of World Trade Organization (“WTO”) and free trade agreement (“FTA”) negotiations, as well as analyzing negotiating outcomes. We identify and assess areas/issues that are of particular concern/interest to clients, including existing and potential trade barriers, and engaging the relevant authorities to take these concerns/interests into consideration in trade negotiations. We also monitor the implementation of WTO/FTA commitments in relation to clients’ business interests.
